I AM VERY VERY FREAKING ANGGRY.
went laupasat for lunch ytd.
and since i was in the mood for jap food,
i ordered bento set.
cos i only brought the card with me,
leaving the rest of my belongings wif my fren,
i only realised they dont accept the Kopitiam card when it was my turn to collect my order.
dAMN!
and i got to run back to get cash!
HERE IT IS!
all under Kopitiam, but not all the stalls accept the card.
ridiculous rite?
and again,
i was feeling bored in the afternoon,
and decided to feedback.
hereherehere... HERE IT COMES!
the bitch called me quite promptly though.
1st she checked wif me exactly which stall was tt,
then said they shld accept the card,
and will ask the supervisor to check wats happening.
then she called again, say its not listed, she saw it wrongly.
i: so wats the mgt gonna go abt it?
she: there are already 2notices put up. perhaps u have missed it. so we will put it in a more noticeable place.
i: so why is this so?
she: cos u know there are so many stalls, and we have juz implemented this in laupasat. some stalls have yet to be into this.
i: so wat is the mgt going to do abt my case?
she: oh. its a feedback, and the supervisor has told me that they will try to put it in a more noticeable place. but if u wanna go lps again, u can check to see which stalls do accept the card at the top-up kiosk.
next time if the same thing happens, and u are sure tt u are sure tt stall supposed to accept card after checking wif the top-up counter, u can call this number 62242613, the supervisor will be ard to attend to u. u juz stay put there. don have to run back to get cash.
i: so i muz go and check before ordering? can i ask, how long is ur lunch break?

she: its customers' choice what to eat if u decide to use the card only.
