Adventurous trip to TTSH

accompanied bro for his appt today.
and another unpleasant trip in an even bigger organisation.

he had 2appts: therapy and consultation, and the timing for both clashed at 4pm! it was our fault for not checking timing, BUT, dont the system show if the patient already has been booked?
since my mum said we cant be late for therapy, otherwise we might have to go back another day, we decided to register for therapy 1st at 3.30pm.

he finished his therapy at 3.55pm.
bro: she said the therapy supposed to last for at least 45mins, but since we have another appt, she needs to shorten it.
ade: wat nonsense? lidat got half price anot?

nursey called for my bro to make payment.

ade: how long does each session last?
nursey: abt 45mins-1hr. depends.
ade: but i dont think he stayed in there for more than 30mins? and tt because there was a clash in the appt timing?
nursey: ya. u didnt check if there was a clash?
ade: dont ur system show?
nursey: no, we cant see from here.
ade: so its our fault?
nursey: yes.
ade: (WHAT THE) u mean ur system dont show simple stuff? i thought TTS is very high-tech?
nursey: last time can. now cannot.
ade: i thought u are supposed to improve? and not deprove?
nursery: ya. donnoe why. so it will be $7.50 for today.
ade: (no wonder she stays to be at the 'frontline' collecting money and making appt ONLY).

it was so crowded at the clinic.
we decided to shop ard Square2.
after half an hr, we still got to wait for annother half an hr.
oh gosh!
nearly fall asleep.
so my bro decided to entertain me wif his therapy exercise,
and makes sure i post it up.
cos he is abit soft, pls max ur speaker, and exercise your fingers with him =)
