but an unpleasant trip.

my mum wanted to get some sardines and baked beans since it was on offer (pasted with striking yellow paper). normal reaction: anyone would want to find out the usual price and compare the price difference. she lifted the yellow paper...



notice the prices of BOTH the sardine and baked beans are the same!
so where is the offer?

at this moment,
the store manager came.

mum: (pointing to the baked beans) is this on offer?
manager: (lifts up the yellow paper, keeping quiet)
mum: if it is, why is the price still the same?
manager: oh, it shows the the lowest price we can offer.
mum: if tts the case, no pt having another piece of paper, stating 'this store's special' rite? cos it isnt in the 1st place.
manager: oh. it is to attract customers.

manager: (got nth more to say, but silently pulls off the yellow papers).
