yes! new rules in the tele room. though these are not the exact words, but the underlining meaning is still there.

who on earth will come out with such stupid rules?
and can anyone tell me wats the rationale behind this?

thanks to this new implementation,
everyone in the room is looking forward to the 50th minute of every hr,
so much so tt, at the 45th minute, we are in the BREAK-TIME MOOD!
